My new book should be out early December 2020 at an Amazon near you.
Diamonds sparkle, they are bright, beautiful, and valuable, but could they hold mystical secrets?
It’s 1937, and Lady Fenella Windsor Hawtrey a beautiful, elegant, and fearless MI6 agent is a guest at Christóbal Manor, in Wiltshire, England, the fabulous home of the glamorous Countess of Fleet. Among the other guests are the Hollywood film star, Rita Delphine, a Mahârâja, and Jasper Claxton, a time-travelling ghost.
The Countess is famous for her lavish lifestyle, entertaining, and collection of magnificent jewels, in particular, a parure known as The Fleet Diamonds. The set includes a necklace containing a rare, priceless blue diamond, although legend claims the diamond is cursed. During a lavish soirée at her country house, the necklace is stolen.
The police are called in to investigate, at first, it looks like a carefully planned jewellery robbery. However, as the story hits the news and newspapers, the noted spiritual medium Jocasta Bradman sees something in her crystal ball and believes there may be something sinister attached to the disappearance of the necklace. She contacts Lady Fenella and Jasper, along with two of her colleagues from the famous Pluckley Psychic Historical Society. As they begin their investigation, they discover the blue diamond has a connection to a long-forgotten Indian deity and religion. They realise something is about to happen, something which they must try to stop.
Meet Jasper a time-travelling super-ghost with a sense of humour, in these eerie, historic, amusing, paranormal stories. The Ghost from the Molly-House is a collection of historical mysteries, which will appeal to fans of antiquity, period detective novels, tales of haunted houses, cosy mysteries, fantasy, and all things that go bump in the night. Although this is the eighth book in the series, the novel can be enjoyed as a stand-alone story in its own right.
Please note this book is written in British English.
